Maintenance

Each apartment will be professionally painted, cleaned, and inspected with necessary maintenance repairs addressed.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.

You can call the office directly or submit a service request through your Resident Portal.

Emergency requests take priority other requests we strive to complete within 24 hours up to 48 hours if parts are not needing to be ordered.

No. If noted "permission to enter," maintenance will enter and will leave a copy of the service request.

During office hours call the management office to borrow a key for access with valid ID.

Yes within reason however if custom paint is used you'll need to prime and paint back before move out or charges will be assessed.

Amenities

Our community offers a 24 hour fitness center, leash free dog park, seasonally heated pool, spa, fire pit and pool cabana, putting green, tennis courts, and car wash among the amenities available to our residents.

Reserved covered carports and private garages are an option based on availability. Prices subject to change.

1x $300 pet fee per animal and $20 per pet monthly pet rent

Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including upgraded appliances: microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator with ice maker.

Yes, 7 months is the shortest lease term offered with a $150 monthly premium.

With all proof of income and completed application in hand, typically 24 hours.

$100 application fee per applicant and $300 admistration fee per apartment are due at the time of applying. Only the pro-rated rent will be due at move in (based on the move in date) and pet fees if applicable.

You can pay through the resident portal with either one-time payment or set up recurring payments.

$15 monthly valet trash in addition to rent.

It's not required but strongly suggested.

Pest control is included. Residents are responsible for electric, water/sewer, trash, and cable/internet.

FPL for electric and Xfinity for cable and internet. Submetered water/sewer will be set up automatically at move in for you.

The referring resident may be eligible for a resident referral bonus.

Guests who are in the apartment for 10 or more days per month are considered an occupant and will need to be approved by management and complete a rental application. Residents are responsible for their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a resident while using amenities.

Heritage Cove is a ##ROW_CONTENT## deposit community. Your existing deposit will be addressed with your current property.

No, subleasing is not allowed.

There are 2 options when signing your lease per the FL Blue Moon Lease on the early termination addendum at move in.
